Unfortunately, as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, some businesses are going to be in the difficult position of having to consider fairly significant measures in order to survive, particularly once furloughing staff is no longer an option. This might include salary cuts, part time working or even redundancies, all of which require consultation with staff.
