Caitlin is an experienced HR consultant who leads Narrow Quay HR along with Sarah Martin. She is a qualified and experienced employment lawyer who now specialises in HR, and she is dual qualified in Human Resources. She is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Caitlin uses the skills and experience from her 16 years of work as an employment lawyer to support a range of clients with their strategic and day to day HR concerns.

Sarah is an experienced HR Consultant and leads Narrow Quay HR with Caitlin. Sarah’s background is in employment law and she was a lawyer for 11 years before moving into an HR focused role. Sarah uses the technical and analytical skills she developed as a lawyer to ensure she can support clients across a range of sectors to deliver well thought out and pragmatic solutions to HR issues.

Simon is an experienced HR consultant at Narrow Quay HR. He is a qualified and experienced employment lawyer with over 20 years’ experience of advising and assisting employers on all employment law related matters.

Helen is an HR consultant at Narrow Quay HR. She is a MCIPD qualified HR professional with 18 years’ experience working across a range of organisations in both the public and private sector, including healthcare and education. She has worked both within internal HR teams as well as within a consultancy.
