Caitlin co-founded and is a Director of Narrow Quay HR. Caitlin is an experienced employment lawyer by background and holds a CIPD qualification.
Sarah co-founded and is a Director of Narrow Quay HR. Prior to becoming a HR specialist, Sarah spent many years as an employment lawyer.
Simon is an experienced employment lawyer with over 20 years’ experience of advising and assisting employers on all employment law related matters.
Helen is a MCIPD qualified HR professional with 18 years’ experience working across a range of organisations in both the public and private sector, including healthcare and education.
Sue is MCIPD qualified with over 25 years of HR expertise across a wide range of HR topics, including change management, employee relations, organisation design and performance management.
Kirsty is a qualified Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and an experienced employment lawyer working as a specialist HR Consultant at Narrow Quay HR.
Jo has over 16 years’ experience providing tailored HR solutions, having worked both as a qualified employment solicitor and as a senior HR specialist working in the education sector.
