How We Can Help

Excellent Value

By signing up for an HR retainer with us, you have the peace of mind that you can access our team of HR consultants for advice on day-to-day HR issues on the basis of a highly competitive monthly or annual fee.  

Flexible Support

Use the support as and when you need it – so if a month goes by when you don’t need HR support, that’s fine, and you can simply contact us when something crops us that you need more intensive support with.

Expert Advice

Our HR consultants have either previously worked as qualified employment lawyers and now specialise in HR, or are highly experienced HR professionals, giving you solid legal grounding and practical expertise. 

Our Retainer Packages

We get to know you and your organisation. When you sign up to our HR retainer we provide you with a dedicated team of two or three of our HR consultants, ensuring that they get to know you and the issues you face.

We work alongside you and get to know your organisation, discussing your short and long term plans and working with you to ensure that your people management supports them. We can act as a sounding board and a critical friend for your senior leaders. 

We offer an in-person or online meeting free of charge at the start of the HR retainer and annually after that to discuss your needs, your organisation and how the retainer will work in practice.

Signing up to our HR retainer provides you access to a range of additional extras such as access to our online quarterly HR club, our monthly People Spotlight newsletter, and reduced hourly and day rates for project work and for contracts and employment manuals. 

We charge for our retainers based on the size and needs of your organisation. Our HR retainers represent excellent value for money.

If you opt to pay up front, you benefit from one month free of charge. You have access to unlimited hours on your HR retainer, subject to reasonable use.
