Our documents are legally compliant and user friendly and can be adapted to suit your needs, including mirroring the tone and values of your organisation. Our employment manual contains all relevant policies relating to the employment relationship between your organisation and your staff.

You will receive an annual update, flagging any changes needed to the contract or manual, to ensure that your documents remain compliant. We can work with you introduce new documents to your staff if needed.

We can also conduct a fixed fee HR audit. We look at your contractual documents as well as your policies and processes, and will meet with you to discuss your priorities and how you manage HR processes. We then provide you with an easy to follow report on what needs doing – and we can even do it for you if you want us to.

How Does the Process Work?

We will discuss with you what you have in place currently, what you think you need for your organisation and the things that are particularly important to you. We will provide you with a draft contract and manual for you to review which will be drafted for specifically for you, using relevant information from your current documentation as appropriate. We will then discuss the draft documents with you to agree a final version.

We can discuss with you what steps you will need to take to introduce your new employment contracts and manual to your staff and, as an optional extra service, we can work with you to implement the new documents, including assisting with any consultation process which may be needed.

We will meet with you and discuss your current practices and procedures, including how you determine pay, manage performance, carry out appraisals, manage absence and holidays and how the HR function works in your organisation.

We will review your current employment manual and contracts. We will talk to you about areas of concern and your priorities and plans around people management. We then produce a report for you with a summary of our findings, highlighting issues to be addressed and areas of focus.
