Our HR Consultants are a mix of qualified employment lawyers who now specialise in HR and highly experienced HR practitioners, giving you solid legal grounding and practical expertise. We manage HR projects on a day-to-day basis, in a variety of sectors, and bring that experience to work with you.
We provide you with HR support when you really need it. We understand that time intensive projects such as consultation exercises can be difficult to resource from your existing HR support, or that you may not have a dedicated HR role.
Our HR outsourcing services are offered on the basis of agreed fixed fees, usually on the basis of a day rate, providing you with certainty on costs.
We provide HR support for panel members undertaking disciplinary, grievance or appeal hearings. We can brief the panel before the hearing, help to keep the hearing on track, take a note, and assist with deliberations afterwards.
You may need to consult with your staff as part of redundancy processes, restructures, pay consultations or when you are updating your employment documentation. We can support with collective consultation meetings, scripting meetings, taking notes, helping to keep the meeting on track and providing communications to staff as part of the process.
We can also run individual consultation meetings for you with your staff, updating you on themes and outcomes following the meetings.
We can carry out reviews of the culture of your organisation or of particular teams. Perhaps you have a department or team which is not working effectively, or you want to understand the culture of your organisation from the employees perspective. We will speak to the staff members individually, and provide you with a report setting out findings, themes and recommendations for next steps.
On-Site HR Support
Perhaps you don’t have a dedicated HR function, or feel that you need some specialist and strategic HR input on a regular basis. We can work with you and provide onsite HR support as and when you need it. This could be on a weekly, monthly or regular basis as suits your needs.
