We partner with clients to provide coaching to their senior leaders and managers, as well as their rising stars. Our tailored Executive Coaching programme is designed to elevate your organisation’s performance and is finely tuned to address the unique challenges faced by senior leaders. Through one-to-one sessions, your leaders will gain invaluable insights, become more self-aware, refine their leadership style and hone crucial skills to navigate complex landscapes with confidence. Coaching assignments typically consist of six sessions and sessions usually occur every three to four weeks. Individuals will complete a pre-chemistry questionnaire prior to the assignment commencing. This allows our coach time to get to know the individual and make sure they are the right fit before the sessions begin.
Sessions are conducted virtually to provide maximum flexibility for the individual and organization. They are charged on the basis of a fixed fee per session.
