In this HR Club, we’ll introduce you to the key principles of developing a reward strategy that is strategic and ensures your EVP supports your organisation goals. This session will help you identify what to include in your reward strategy, and the stakeholders you need to engage with to ensure that your strategy delivers what your organisation needs.
