About Kathryn
Kathryn is a CIPD qualified HR professional with over 11 years’ experience. She is an accredited Mental Health First Aider and a qualified coach and mentor. Kathryn has also volunteered as a member of the CIPD Committee for Devon and Cornwall.
Kathryn has a diverse background in HR, including working at a senior level in large, complex public sector organisations and experience working with small to medium sized organisations in the private sector.
Kathryn uses her expertise to think creatively to identify solutions to complex situations in the workplace, maintaining a commercial and strategic focus with people at the centre.
