About Jo
Jo has over 16 years’ experience providing tailored HR solutions, having worked both as a qualified employment solicitor acting for both public and private sector clients, and as a senior HR specialist working in the education sector. Jo has over ten years’ experience as a trustee and governor of an outstanding academy, strategically leading as Chair of Governors for six years; she is also a Trustee of a local gymnastics club (a Charitable Incorporated Organisation).
