About Jane
Jane is an experienced and MCIPD-qualified HR professional, specialising in pay and reward. She has almost 20 years’ experience supporting organisations to develop and implement reward strategiesthat are fair, effective and aligned with business goals. Jane has worked across a wide range of sectors including aerospace, utilities, construction, housing, social care, media and manufacturing.
Jane has a particular interest in pay equity and gender pay, helping clients to understand the drivers of pay gaps and the actions needed to address them. She works at all levels, includingwith executive teams and remuneration committees, and brings a clear, practical and data-informed approach to all aspects of reward.
