About Claire
Claire is MCIPD qualified and brings a wealth of senior HR experience from in-house HR roles. Having formed part of senior leadership teams, Claire has extensive, first-hand experience of partnering with organisational leaders on strategic projects. Claire has particular expertise in the independent school sector and has worked closely with Headteachers, Bursars and Governors, leading on a range HR projects including academic pay scale consultations and redesign, organisational restructures, redundancy processes, and transitioning schools away from the Teachers’ Pension Scheme (TPS). Claire has also worked in the maintained sector.
Claire’s earlier career included advised on complex casework and delivering bespoke HR training. She has also served as a school Governor, with responsibilities including Headteacher performance management and leading parental complaint panels.
Claire is valued for her sensitive, balanced approach to complex matters and her ability to deliver clear, pragmatic advice that supports an organisation’s culture and priorities.
