About Caitlin
Caitlin co-founded and is a Director of Narrow Quay HR. Caitlin is an experienced employment lawyer by background and holds a CIPD qualification, and she is dual-qualified in Human Resources. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Caitlin uses the skills from her 16 years of work as an employment lawyer to support clients with their strategic and day to day HR concerns.
