About Andrew
Andrew is an HR consultant at Narrow Quay HR. He is a CIPD qualified HR professional with over 10 years’ experience in senior HR roles in the social care and higher education sectors, following on from an earlier career in management in the travel industry. He has also been a new business mentor and was previously Branch Treasurer of Surrey and North Hants CIPD.
Andrew has well-rounded expertise in all areas of HR and people management within a range of working environments and has a pragmatic approach to resolving HR problems. He is commercially focussed, while maintaining a values-driven approach, and builds strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
