How Does the Process Work?
Employment Contracts and Manual
We will discuss with you what you have in place currently, what you think you need for your organisation and the things that are particularly important to you. We will provide you with a draft contract and manual for you to review which will be drafted for specifically for you, using relevant information from your current documentation as appropriate. We will then discuss the draft documents with you to agree a final version.
Implementation of New Employment Contract and Manual
We can discuss with you what steps you will need to take to introduce your new employment contracts and manual to your staff and, as an optional extra service, we can work with you to implement the new documents, including assisting with any consultation process which may be needed.
HR Audit
We will meet with you and discuss your current practices and procedures, including how you determine pay, manage performance, carry out appraisals, manage absence and holidays and how the HR function works in your organisation.
We will review your current employment manual and contracts. We will talk to you about areas of concern and your priorities and plans around people management. We then produce a report for you with a summary of our findings, highlighting issues to be addressed and areas of focus.
