SUMMARY:Getting it right\, faster: equipping managers for the new employment landscape
DESCRIPTION:The employment law landscape is changing rapidly\, and some of those changes will significantly reduce the time organisations have to assess new recruits\, address concerns and make good employment decisions. By 26th November\, we will be just over a month away from the new six-month qualifying period taking effect. That puts an increased focus on what happens during those first few months of employment. Are managers clear about expectations? Are they giving meaningful feedback early enough?
