SUMMARY:NQHR Club: Artificial Intelligence in HR
DESCRIPTION:In our next HR Club we will be looking at the topic of Artificial Intelligence. We are delighted to welcome Sue Turner OBE\, who is the founding director of AI Governance\, a Bristol-based consultancy with the mission to inspire leaders to use AI with wisdom and integrity. \nWe know that a lot of HR professionals will be grappling with this topic and thinking about how AI can be used within their organisation but may feel they don’t have enough understanding of what’s involved and have concerns about whether the use of AI in areas such as recruitment could give rise to unfairness. \nSue said: \n“I predict that this year HR leaders will be bombarded with suppliers offering third-party tools that purport to be using AI.
