Kirsty previously worked as an employment lawyer for over 10 years before moving into a HR focused role. Kirsty provides a commercial and pragmatic approach to supporting businesses with day to day operational issues and has worked across a range of organisations in both the public and private sector. In particular, Kirsty has worked with a number of large health organisations.
